Job Description

Position Summary

The Lube Technician role is an entry-level position designed to familiarize new team members with our service standards, procedures, and customer-focused philosophy. This position serves as the foundation for advancement, with certification as a Certified Technician expected within 45 days of hire.

In this role, you will learn and assist with our Full-Service Oil Change process, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every customer.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related services
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience
  • Complete required Rally Point training modules to achieve Certified Technician status
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all positions involved in the Full-Service oil change
  • Uphold standards of integrity, efficiency, and transparency
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Support team performance and mentor new technicians

  • Alertness and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation
Education & Experience
  • No prior automotive experience required; full training provided
